Refund & Return Policy
At Montaroo™, we are committed to offering high-quality products and excellent customer service. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we provide a 14-day guarantee to ensure your happiness.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us at contact@montaroo.com.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at contact@montaroo.com within 12 hours of placing your order and indicate that you would like to cancel it.
We will do our best to cancel your order and refund your payment. Please note that if your package has already left our warehouse, we will not be able to cancel the order. In this case, you may still return the item once received — see our return conditions below.
If your order is successfully canceled, your refund will be issued within 3–5 business days. Some payment methods or financial institutions may take longer to process the refund. Upon request, we can provide proof of the refund issued from our store.
Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 14 days from delivery. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed since receipt, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
All returned items must be securely packed. If the original packaging is not available, please use a replacement box with proper protective material.
The return address varies by product and will be confirmed by Montaroo™ at the time of your request.
To initiate a return, please email proof of purchase to contact@montaroo.com. We will then provide you with a return form and instructions for whether you prefer a refund, exchange, or store credit. The confirmed return address and deadline will be sent by email.
Montaroo™ is not responsible for returns lost in transit or sent to an incorrect address. Returns are only accepted at the specific address confirmed by our support team.
⚠️ Digital products (e.g., eBooks, digital documents, media files) are not eligible for return or refund once delivered.
If, within 14 days of delivery, you believe your item is defective, please provide sufficient evidence. If confirmed as a manufacturing defect, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement. After 14 days, defects can no longer be attributed to manufacturing issues.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days back to your original payment method.
Please note: If delivery fails due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the order cannot be refunded. The customer will be responsible for additional reshipping costs.
If the parcel is available for pickup and not collected within the carrier’s time limit (even after we provided tracking code and link), no refund will be issued.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund:
