Shipping Policy
At Montaroo, we are committed to providing excellent service, including the safe delivery of your packages. We offer multiple shipping options with tracking numbers so you can monitor your order as it makes its way to you.
Standard International Shipping
Free shipping is available on all products, regardless of order value.
We also offer express shipping for faster delivery when needed.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days at our warehouse.
Delivery times for free shipping range between 8–17 business days.
Express shipping usually takes 6–15 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs and location. Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays. Due to international customs procedures, Montaroo is not responsible for delays or issues once a package has left our warehouses.
If you have trouble tracking your order, please contact the carrier directly. In some cases, we may use a shipping method that requires a signature upon delivery depending on the total value of your order.
If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.

Order Tracking
Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
It is important to keep track of your shipment, as some packages may require pickup from your local post office or carrier facility. If the product is available for pickup but not collected within the specified timeframe, the package may be lost or destroyed and not returned to us. In such cases, the package will be considered lost and you will be charged for reshipping the product.
Please note: We provide you with the tracking code by email so you can follow your order. If the product remained available with the carrier but was not collected, no refund will be issued.
